WASHOUGAL WATERFRONT PARK
The new Washougal Waterfront Park and Trail has many exciting amenities and features like the newly constructed picnic shelter, solar powered restrooms, designated parking lot, access to the breakwater fishing and transient moorage dock, compass view point, several benches and picnic tables. The Park showcases a magnificent view and adds fun educational additions to your visit such as interpretive signage. The Park and trail are complete with kiosk and wayfinding signage to link adventurers to local Downtown’s and other trail systems in the area.
PROJECT SCOPE:
This project was a collaboration between Architects, Artists and General Contractors in which Rixir was the nexus point in executing our partner’s vision into reality. As with many projects the interconnected elements help define a cohesive whole, from the construction of the large masonry entrance sign to the smallest fabricated details of the wayfinding system. Rixir worked in conjunction with Port of Camas-Washougal to provide high quality signage that stands the test of time.
